As part of our commitment to a successful clinical trial we provide multi-level training programs for client study groups. This involves comprehensive training of monitors and site staff in multiple media, including hands-on simulations. We also provide DVDs, manuals, quick reference guides and posters. Web meetings and refresher training are provided as required by the study group. Metrics Management
We provide weekly status updates to the study teams. These include: compliance, enrollment, turn-around time and change requests and shipment and inventory orders. Our metrics management is flexible, with each report designed to fit each study team’s requirements.
